Communication and work-style preference assessment using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (if relevant).
Identifying your limiting beliefs, fears and doubts... and how to overcome them.

COACHING FORMAT
This coaching format is flexible and adapted to your needs.
A typical coaching engagement lasts from three to six months (or more), offered in person or virtually (via phone, Zoom or Google Meet). Bi-weekly 60 minute individual sessions is the normal cadence in order to give the Client time to apply his/her learning.
