About Sanita SkribE (CPCC, PCC)

Sanita Skribe is a seasoned Human Resources professional and a certified Leadership and Transition Coach. With over twenty years of experience in Senior HR and Talent Development positions in both global multibillion organizations (L'Oreal, Google) and high growth start-ups, in Europe and in the US (Silicon Valley), she brings a unique mix of business knowledge, hands-on experience and coaching skills to her work in supporting the development of individuals and teams.

Based on her years of close collaboration with Managers and Executives at all levels, Sanita knows first hand the type of challenges they face. Her approach is based on the belief that inspirational leadership and sustainable performance require self-awareness and a strong alignment between our core values, our long term goals, and how we operate on a daily basis. She works with her clients towards clarifying their vision and priorities, uncovering their natural talents, and cultivating greater courage and creativity to be able to live and lead from a place of authenticity. Most of her clients are mid-career to senior professionals going through a period of transition and reassessment - looking for personal and professional growth in their current position, eager to tackle bigger challenges and develop their leadership and managerial skills, or looking for new opportunities in their career. 

Sanita also believes in the power of "winning together," and offers workshops and group coaching  to help teams and organisations create healthy, inclusive and engaging Corporate cultures, improve strategic alignment, and enhance their organizational capacity to be collaborative and creative in reaching their business goals.

Sanita is a trained and certified professional co-active coach (CPCC, PCC). She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Management from HEC Paris, and a CEMS Masters Degree in International Management. Relying on her extensive international experience, she works in diverse cultural environments in both French and English. 

Born in Latvia, Sanita lived in Nigeria and France before moving to the United States with her family in 2006. After eleven years in California, she moved back to Europe in late 2017 and currently lives with her two sons in Zurich, Switzerland. An avid traveler, photographer, and life-long learner, she enjoys reading, discovering new cultures and people, hiking, and spending time with her family.
