The coaching program includes the following elements (the order and content can be adapted to your specific needs):

CliftonStrengths™ assessment to identify your natural talents
360 degree feedback using the Leadership Circle Profile™ & in-depth debrief.
Personal Development Plan.
Total of 10 hours of individual coaching.
Support available in-between coaching sessions via email of phone (up to 30 minutes per month), as needed.
Additional resources carefully curated for your specific needs.
Impact assessment at the end of the coaching engagement (focused "mini survey" or new 360 degree feedback assessment).
Coaching format
Six to nine month coaching package.
Total of 10 hours of individual coaching offered in person or virtually (via phone, Skype, Zoom or Google Meet)*. Bi-weekly 60 minute individual sessions is the typical cadence in order to give the Client time to apply his/her learning.
Available worldwide, in English or French.
Cost: 3000,00 CHF, payable in one, two or three instalments.
* The 12 hours are to be used by Client within a period of 12 months after the initial coaching start date.
