TEAM COACHING, LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT

The Leadership and Management Development programs we offer are custom-created for your organization, its specific context, needs and challenges. They focus as much on the mindset as on technical skills. Integrating new ways of thinking and behaving is challenging and takes time. Therefore, we typically work with our clients to define a combination of live workshops and group and/or one-on-one coaching, to allow participants to share their experiences and best practices, learn from each other, and durably embed new perspectives and behaviours.
Examples of programs:
Leadership Culture Assessment (using the Collective Leadership Assessment™): we start by identifying a team's or organization's collective leadership profile, its strengths and blindspots, as well as associated beliefs and behaviours. Then, we work together on identifying a tangible action plan to achieve better results together, and we follow through its implementation over a period of time.
Improve collaboration within and/or across teams (using the CliftonStrengths assessment). We create a safe space where participants can reflect on their individual and collective talents and strengths, as well as potential gaps and blindspots. In small groups, participants discuss how they (individually and/or as teams) are similar or different, and what they can learn from each other. We then discuss strategies on how to optimise individual contributions, collective performance, and group cooperation.
Understand and Integrate Communication and Work-Style Differences (using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®).
The Art of Listening and Coaching Skills for Managers and Leaders (workshops + follow-up small group practice sessions over a period of time).
Change Agility: workshop on how to cultivate emotional resilience in the face of change and ambiguity.
Talent Development: workshop on how to support individuals - and/or team supervisors - in career exploration.
